HP names new Chief Secretary Ravi Dhingra

Shimla, June 29: Himachal Pradesh Goverment today notified the appointment of new Chief Secretary, Ravi Dhingra today.

In notification issued today 1972 batch HP cader IAS officer Ravi Dingra will take charge of new Chief secretary from first July onward releaving cheif secretary S S Parmar.Mr Parmar who is retirring on 30 June 2007.

Mr. Ravi Dingra currently working secretary in central Minorities commission.

State goverment also appointed 1975 batch J.P.Negi as Additional Chief Secretary(Horticulture) HP Cader 1975 batch IAS Avay Shukla also been apponited as Princpal Secretary who is also holding charge of additional Charge of Cooperation Department as Additional Cheif Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Tourism and Transport).

Mr Shukla also hold additional charge of Financial Commissioner (Appeals) relieving Parminder Hira Mathur.
