Participating in the centenary celebrations of Vivek Vardhini Education Society here, he said the educational system should highlight the importance of entrepreneurship and prepare the students to get oriented towards setting up enterprises, which would provide them creativity, freedom and ability to generate wealth.

Stating that certain capacities were required to be developed in the students to deal with the real world, particularly to grow in their professional career and participate in national development, Dr Kalam said the capacities for research or inquiry, creativity and innovation, using high technology, entrepreneurial leadership and moral leadership should be cultivated among the students.
