Congress appoints state observer for presidential polls

Jaipur, June 29 (UNI) The Congress has appointed former Union Minister PS Gadwar as party observer in Rajasthan for the July 19 Presidential election.

Congress state President B D Kalla said Mr Gadwar, a former Assam PCC chief, had arrived Jaipur today and he would stay in the state till the presidential polls.

He will supervise poll-related organisational affairs, Mr Kalla added.
