Bomb threat at the Jaipur railway station

Jaipur, Jun 29 (UNI) The police and the railway security agencies today carried out thorough search operation at the Jaipur railway station following a bomb threat.

A Police spokesman said a caller informed Divsional Railway Manager(DRM) office over telephone that a bomb was planted at the station which would explode shortly.

The railway security agencies and the local police was informed which instantly swung into the action. Bomb disposal squads and sniffer dogs squads were summoned and thorough search was conducted at the station and in trains leaving and reaching the station. However, no explosive was found, the spokesman said.
