SSL, Lombard in pact for application management

Chennai, June 28: Siptech Solutions Limited (SSL) has signed a major deal with Luxembourg-headquartered Lombard International Assurance to provide application management services for its business system.

The three-year deal will also provide the needed support for Lombard's technology requirements and engage in upgrade and maintenance of their business systems.

"We chose SSL, which has a track record of long term commitments with some of the technology majors, high standards of customer satisfaction and a track record in combining technology and business needs", Lombard Operation Director Ian Berry said in a release here.

"This engagement with Lombard is an opportunity for SSL to leverage its scalable and flexible service delivery model in the European market and in contributing to Lombard's growth agenda," SSL Director Vijay R Narasimhan said.
