Mumbai gets 57 lakh litre milk despite bandh

Mumbai, Jun 28 (UNI) Even as the agitation of milk producers has started, the state deputy chief minister R R Patil today said the city got the supply of 57 lakh liters of milk when it gets 60 lakh liters per day.

Talking to reporters against the backdrop of agitation of milk producers from Kolhapur and adjoining areas which started today, Mr Patil said the decision about the rate and commission would be taken by the committee and after the arrival of the chief minister.

He agreed that the discussion on sharing of commission is going on.
