IBM opens industry solutions lab in Delhi

New Delhi, June 28: IBM opened a Industry Solutions Lab here today, offering an environment for client executives and business partners to see how the company's advanced technologies and solutions could transform their businesses.

The lab is co-located within the company's India Research Laboratory in the national capital and provides the capability to make research technologies accessible for all clients across all industries in the country.

''IBM's India Industry Solutions Lab (IISL) is an ideal forum for clients to explore innovative ways to increase their organisations' unique market advantages. IISL will help clients not only explore and discover how innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology can help solve business challenges but also to help leverage new technology,'' said IBM India Research Laboratory Director Daniel Dias.

IBM's IISL has a fully-equipped exhibit floor with facilities to demonstrate innovative solutions that address client needs across industries with specific focus on automotive, banking, chemicals and petroleum, energy and utilities, government, healthcare, retail and telecom industries.

The lab will also provide emerging and prototype technology demonstrations to help businesses innovate and collaborate with IBM to develop first-of-a-kind solutions.
