UP: Four killed in auto-truck collision in Lucknow

Lucknow, June 28: At least four people were killed and another critically injured when an auto-rickshaw collided with a speeding truck at the Civil Hospital roundabout under Hazratganj police station area this morning.

According to police all those killed were passengers of the Auto- rickshaw which was on its way to Gomtinagar from Charbagh railway station.

The deceased were identified as auto driver Pawan Kumar, PAC constable, posted at Sitapur, Anand Tiwari, Kanpur resident S K Prajapati and Gomtinagar resident C Rajgopalan.

The injured has been admitted to the civil hospital while the driver of the truck was arrested.
