Suspended JD(U) MLA gets bail

Patna, Jun 27 (UNI) The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Patna today granted bail to suspended JD(U) MLA from Piro Narendar kumar Pandey.

The case was related to disobediance of courts order and violating the norms of judicial custody.

Chief Judicial Magistrate M K Roy granted bail to Mr Pandey under section 167 (2) of IPC when police failed to submit chargesheet within 60 days.
