Extremists torch truck in Gaya
Gaya, June 27 (UNI) CPI (M) activists today torched two trucks laden with wheat and other food grains at Mahapur village in the district on the second day of the two days' economic blockade called by the activists.
Police said around 25 activists shouting slogans intercepted the trucks on NH-2 near Amas village and asked the drivers and other staff to get down. Later, they set ablaze the trucks reducing the food grains to ashes, police added.
Raids were being carried out to nab the ultras, police added.
