Duration of spl train extended

Chennai, June 27 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Railways R Velu ordered extension of duration of Chennai Central-Bangalore-Chennai Central (weekly) special trains for a period of six months to clear extra rush of passengers.

There will be no change in the timings and stoppages of these trains, a Southern Railway release said here today.

Chennai-Central-Bangalore (weekly) special leave here on July 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, August 5, 12, 19 and 26, September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, October 7, 14, 21 and 28, November 4, 11, 18 and 25, December 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.

In its return direction, the train will leave Bangalore on July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, August 6, 13, 20 and 27, September 3, 10, 17 and 14, October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, November 5, 12, 19 and 26 and December 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, the release added.
