Chargesheet against two former Personal secrataries

Patna, Jun 27 (UNI) State vigilence investigation bureau today submitted chargesheet against two former personal secrateries(PS) to the Ministers of Bihar in connection with a case of cheating, forgery, corruption and misappropriation of public find.

The chargesheet was filed before special vigilence judge S K Panwar under the various sections of Indian penal code and prevetion of corruption Act.

The case was related to fraudulent and excess withdrawl of above Rs 1.80 lakh in Industry department during 1990-1996.

The chargesheet was submitted against former PSs Jai Narayan pandey and Vishva Mohun Prasad Sinha of industry minister of both Cabinet and state rank.

The vigilance had already submitted chargesheet in the case against 26 people.
