Call money opens at 5.50-6.00 per cent

Mumbai, June 27 (UNI) Call money rates opened at 5.50-6.00 per cent on Wednesday compared to the previous close of 4.50-5.00 per cent.

As the auctions and new fortnightly requirements are expected to keep the borrowings high, dealers opined.

Inter-bank rates are expected trade firm, dealers added.
