Nagaland: Moderate tremor rocks Dimapur
Kohima, Jun 26: A moderate tremor shook Nagaland's commercial hub Dimapur at around 2338 hours last night.
The tremor, which lasted few seconds, shook the entire town and people in panic started running helter-skelter out of their houses.
All the buildings and windows rattled for the few seconds. No damage to any life and property was reported so far due to tremor.
This was the first tremor in Nagaland within a span of ten years, although the seismologist had predicted Nagaland as on high seismic zone.
