Loanee's death: four remanded to judicial custody

Hyderabad, June 26 (UNI) A City court today remanded four people to 14-day judicial custody in connection with the death of a state government employee, allegedly confined and beaten to death by a debt recovery firm for not repaying the loan taken from ICICI bank.

The four arrested were working in the firm, assisting the bank to recover loan from customers.

A 42-year-old Y Yadaiah had died here four days ago after allegedly being confined by agents of Elite Financial Services for not repaying a loan of Rs 15,000, which he had taken from ICICI Bank.
