Mumbai: Gold up, Silver down

Mumbai, Jun 26: Gold rose on good demand while silver declined on increase of stock supply in the opening session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said today.

Following are the opening rates of Spot Silver and Gold: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade: Rs 18,050, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,665, Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,715.
