Accor Services plans to expand its India operation

New Delhi, June 26 (UNI) World's leading loyalty solutions provider, Accor Services is gearing up to expand its operation in India.

Started its India operations in 1997, Paris-based Accor has 2,000 client companies and public institutions with a presence in 175 cities across the country.

''We are very optimistic and have lot of faith in the Indian market, as it is on top of the list of priority countries,'' Accor Services Chief Operating Officer Serge Ragozin today told mediapersons here.

At present, the company operates in 35 countries across the world.

Each year, the company plans to add at least one country in its service area, Mr Ragozin said, adding that the company would also expand its product range.

Accor Services has acquired Royal Images Direct Marketing Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of customer relationship management services in three fields -- customer loyalty, channel incentives and sales force motivation.
