Mine blast kills 2 Spanish UN soldiers in Lebanon
BEIRUT, June 24 (Reuters) Spanish UN peacekeepers on patrol in south Lebanon today hit a landmine that killed two of them and wounded six, security sources said.
They said two UN vehicles were badly damaged in the explosion, near the southeastern town of Khiyam.
A UN spokesman said he was checking the report.
