Monsoon still active over coastal AP, Rayalaseema

Visakhapatnam, June 24 (UNI) The south west monsoon is still active over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.

According to Cyclone Warning Centre here today, rain is likely to continue over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours.

The chief amount of rainfall recorded was Waltair seven cm, Vizag air port and Palasa six each, Somepeta and Tekkali four each, Vizianagaram, Saluru and S Kota three each.
