Minor fire in Delhi secretariat, no casualties
New Delhi, June 24: A minor fire broke out in the Delhi Secretariat, housing the offices of many departments and ministries of the state government, this afternoon.
There were no casualties in the fire, which broke out at 1634 hrs on the ninth floor of the building, fire brigade officials said.
Five fire tenders were rushed to douse the blare, which was caused due to a fire in the transformer of an air conditioner, the officials said.
The fire was extinguished at 1710 hours, they said.
