Chandrababu Naidu's son to wed Brahamani

Hyderabad, June 24: Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu's son Lokesh got engaged to Brahamani, daughter of cine actor Balakrishna today.

The family members of Mr Naidu reached the residence of Balakrishna by chartered bus where the betrothal function was held at 1130 hrs.

A large number of personalities from the film industry attended the function in which family members of Mr Naidu participated.

Mr Naidu said the engagement ceremony was purely a family affair and outsiders were not invited from their side for the function.

Lokesh, Mr Naidu's only son, is pursuing MBA in the US, while Brahamani, is an engineering student in the city. Balakrishna is also Mr Naidu's brother-in-law.

Lokesh and Brahamani are grandson and grand-daughter respectively of TDP founder President and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister the late N T Rama Rao.

The marriage would be solemnised on August 26 at 0821 hrs in the city.
