Three sentenced to seven-year RI in attempted murder case

Darbhanga, Jun 23 (UNI) A fast track court here today sentenced three people to seven-year rigorous imprisonment in connection with an attempted to murder case.

Additional district and sessions Judge Suresh Chandra Srivastava also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 on each of the convicts.

According to charges, the convicts - Sudhir Kumar Singh, Sunil Kumar Singh and Kaushal Kishore Singh had attempted to murder co-villager Dhirender Partap Singh on May 21, 1989, following a dispute.
