'Rhapsidion Snow' wins Karnataka Sub-Area Cup

Bangalore, June 23 (UNI) Favourite 'Rhapsidion Snow' ridden by Bombay based jockey Aadesh Kumar won the Karnataka Sub-Area Cup, the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Capt Jamshed J Appoo and trained by S Padmanabhan.

Trainer Arjun Mangalorkar and S Padmanabhan and Jockey C Alford scored a double each, four favourites obliged punters in a card of eight events.

Meanwhile, in Manjri Stud Plate, the winner favourite 'Southern Charge' was disqualified for crossing and boring at the final 200 mts, which was objected by Jockeyes C Alford, rider of 'Fairytaleending' and B Prakash, rider of 'Confident Victory'. The stewards declared Fairytaleending as the winner.
