Life term for father, two sons in murder case
Munger, June 23 (UNI) A city court today awarded life imprisonment to a man and his two sons in connection with an eleven-year-old murder case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Amar Nath Sahay pronounced life terms to Mohammad Mausam, his two sons, Parvez Chand and Mohammad Javed, and a close relative, Mohammad Fakruddin, after they were found guilty for killing one Mohammad Mikail, who was shot dead at Bardah village in Munger district on November 19, 1996.
The quartet were also awarded a five-year rigorous imprisonment under the Arms Act. However, both the sentences will run concurrently.
