Jamnagar artist made Taj Mahal in electric lamp model
Jamnagar, June 23 (UNI) Even as one moment of voting will decide whether Taj Mahal would continue to remain as one of the world's top wonders, a Jamnagar artist has made an exact model of the historical monument in an electric 100 W lamp.
Agra's majestic marble monument is among the top ten of the 21 finalists for the inclusion in the new list.
As many poets, artists, sculptors, writers and lovers have produced Taj's model, Alpesh Kansara from Dwarka talukas Varvada village in Jamnagar district has tried to give his vote for the historical monument with peculiar style.
He has made an exact model of Taj in the electric 100 W lamp in six day.
The owner of a stationary shop in this village, situated in Dwarka and Okha highway, Alpesh told UNI every person must vote for Taj.
Alpash has earlier made world famous building models in bottles, which included Lord Swarkadhish's seven floors temple, Swaminarayan temples of Dwarka and Rajkot, earth quake-affected buildings, Eiffel Tower of Paris, Church of Paris, Pamaces of Kings and many others and world cup's trophy in an electric lamp model.
''I have many exhibitions of this bottle art in various cities across the state. I use unbreakable bottles to make these models,'' he said.
He urged Indians to vote for the historical wonder. ''Taj Mahal, a priceless historical monument, needs the support of each and every Indian to make it to the new seven wonders list,'' Alpash added.
