Few spells of rain or thundershowers in Mumbai: MET

Mumbai, June 23 (UNI) The Meteorological department has predicted a few spells of rain or thundershowers to hit parts of the city and suburbs in the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the city recorded rainfall of 7 mm and 0 mm at Santacruz and Colaba respectively in the last 24 hours.

Moderate to rather heavy rainfall is likely to occur at most places over north-south Konkan, north-south central Maharashtra and Marathwada in the next 24 hours.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur at a few places over south Konkan during the next 48 hours.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely to occur at isolated places over north Konkan ( Raigad district and ghat area) and north central Maharashtra during the next 24 hours.
