Kerala HC stays eviction proceedings

Kochi, June 22 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today stayed the eviction proceedings against eight houses belonging to the Tata Tea.

Mr Justice K M Jospeh stayed the eviction while hearing a petition filed by Tata Tea Limited.

The court had also issued notice to the Munnar and Devikulam Panchayats.
