Jogi plea to come up in MPHC
Jabalpur, June 22 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court has set the second week of July for hearing a plea against a complaint urging registering of a criminal case against former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi furnishing a wrong caste certificate for contesting a poll in a constituency reserved for ST.
Justice Rakesh Saxena heard Mr Jogi's petition yesterday. The petitioner submitted that the complaint, in a lower court, by Shahdol's Dalpat Singh Paraste was improper and should be quashed.
The prosecutor was Advocate Jitendra Jain while Advocate Pratulya Shandilya was the petitioner's counsel.
