HC orders CBI probe into irregularities in CPMT results

Allahabad, June 22: The Allahabad High Court today accepted a petition seeking direction to the Uttar Pradesh government to order a CBI inquiry into the irregularities in the CPMT-2007 results.

Justice Shiv Kumar Singh gave the directive on a petition filed by Cann Academy student Mrityunjay Singh Yadav and eleven others.

The court ordered the UP government to submit a detailed report and other related documents on June 29.
