Four killed by lightning in AP

Guntur, June 22 (UNI) Four persons were killed when lightning struck them in different parts of Guntur district during the last 24 hours.

The victims were identified as M Sambaiah (40) in Attaluru village, P Venkateswarlu (45) in Hussainnagar village, J Bulliabbai (50) in Achhampet village and a woman in Narsaraopet town.

The incessant rain which began at 1300 hrs yesterday disrupted normal life in the district.
