Two get life sentence for murdering neighbour

Patna, June 21 (UNI) A local court here today sentenced life imprisonment to two convicts for killing a neighbour of Varuna village five years ago.

Additional district and sessions judge of Patna B M Srivastava pronounced the sentence on Dharmanand Singh and Dhanesh alias Pappu Singh, both the residents of Varuna village in Gaurichak police staion area of Patna district for killing their neighbour Naval Singh in 2002.

The Judge also slapped a fine of Rs 7000 on Pappu Singh and Rs 5000 on Dhanesh.

Naval singh was shot dead by the convicts following a petty dispute.
