Sultry and humid weather prevails in Patna

Patna, Jun 21 (UNI) A generally hot and humid day kept city dwellers indoors as sweltering heat coupled with high humidity continued here today.

Local met office said the day's maximum temperature was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius,while the minimum temperature was 28 degrees Celsius.

The relative humidity of 77 per cent turned the situation sultry after few days of relaxation earlier.

However,the weathermen predicted some rain or thunder shower during the next 24 hours in Patna and its neighbouring areas.
