Parsvnath receives DMRC project worth Rs 150cr
New Delhi, June 21: Realty major Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has bagged a project worth Rs 150 crore from DMRC to develop an ultra modern shopping mall in North Delhi.
The project located outside Netaji Subhash Place metro station is expected to be fully operational within three years, a statement said.
The mall spread over 19,400 square metre with a developable area of 2,50,000 square feet aims to gratify the shopping needs of public traveling by metro, Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain said.
With this project, the total number of DMRC projects, which Parsvnath is developing, goes up to 13.
Parsvnath has already signed agreements to develop shopping malls on 12 stations owned by the DMRC on a Build-Operate-Transfer basis.
Of these, construction of six is already completed.
