NSSO to launch socio-economic survey all over country
Hyderabad, June 21 (UNI) The National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO), a wing of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation Government of India would conduct 64th round of socio-economic survey all over the country from July 1, this year to June 30, 2008.
The subject coverages of the survey would be 'employment- unemployment and migration', participation and expenditure in education' and 'household consumer expenditure'. Almost all the state governments were also participating in the survey mostly on equal matching of sample size.
The NSSO Andhra Pradesh (North) region here would impart theoritical and practical training to field staff from June 27 to 29, according to a release here today.
