Inquiry against BJP MLA for molestation

Jaipur, June 21 (UNI) The Crime Branch here has initiated an inqury against BJP MLA Ram Kishore Meena for allegedly molesting a woman and threatening to eliminate her.

A 42-year-old woman residing in the Malviya Nagar area in the city, in her complaint alleged that Mr Meena, in return for some financial help for the marriage of her daughters demanded sexual favours and when she refused to oblige he threatened her.

The woman approched a city court when the police took no notice of the complaint and the court of Additonal Chief Judicial Magistrate here has directed the police to register a case against Mr Meena and two others and the investgation be handed over to the CID.

Meanwhile, Mr Meena had denied the charge and said he had never met the woman.
