2 women child-lifters arrested

Lucknow, June 21 (UNI) Police today arrested two women accused of stealing an infant girl in the Sarojini Nagar area here.

According to police, Nanki of Chhapra district, Bihar and Sunita of West Bengal were nabbed and one-and-a-half year old Radhika rescued.

The duo had stolen Radhika from the Transport Nagar colony about two months back.

Police said the two were involved in several others cases of burglary in Hazratganj and Hussainganj areas.

They had been sent to jail.
