12 IAS officers transferred in UP

Lucknow, June 21 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government tonight transferred 12 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers in the state.

Renuka Kumar, secretary medical, health and family welfare and Mahesh Kumar Gupta, secretary finance have been transferred as secretaries home department.

Rajnish Dubey, secretary industries is secretary family welfare; R P Shukla, director SUDA, Lucknow, is commissioner, Saharanpur, while earlier incumbent Mohd Iftikhar-ud-din is secretary, minorities welfare.

Samir Verma, DM Mahoba and Jai Prakash Mishra, DM Hardoi have swapped postings.

R Ramesh Kumar is DM Muzaffarnagar, while earlier incumbent Shravan Kumar Sharma is DM Mainpuri, replacing Anita C Meshram, who goes to Mathura as DM.

DM Mathura Tarkeshwar Nath Singh is special secretary, home guards, civil security and political pension.

Meanwhile, Rishi Keshav Pandey, who was on waiting list is director training and employment.

The state government also transferred 51 Provincial Civil Service (PCS) officers.
