iGATE sets up iCODL in Bangalore

Bangalore, June 20: iGate Global Solutions, an integrated technology and operations (iTOPS) company, announced the setting up of its Centre for Organisation Development and Leadership (iCODL) at its Whitefield campus here.

In a press release here, its Chief Executive Officer Paneesh Murthy said the Centre would help nurture future leaders and introduce change management to take iGATE forward.

The iCODL would create a human resource development culture to identify, develop and renew company's ladership competency framework.
