KRV protests against head master's act

Hubli, June 19 (UNI) Karnataka Rakshana Vedike activists today gheraoed the office of Deputy Director of public instruction at Gadag city demanding action against a head master of a primary school for allegedly throwing boiling water on the face of a boy.

They withdrew their protest after an assurance that the head master would be suspended by today evening.

The head master of primary schools in Jantli-Shirur village of Gadag district allegedly threw boiling water from red gram cooking pot on the face of the boy following his enmity against the parents of the boy yesterday.

Seriously burnt boy has been shifted to Gadag district hospital for treatment at Gadag.
