IES/ISS written examination result declared

New Delhi, Jun 19 (UNI) A total of 59 candidates have qualified for interview on the basis of results of the written part of the Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2006 held by the UPSC.

Of the 59 candidates, 21 are for the Indian Economic Service and 38 for the Indian Statistical Service.

A release of the UPSC said the candidature of those qualifying for the personality test is provisional.

In accordance with the Rules of the Examination, all these candidates have to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF), which will be supplied to them by the Commission before being called for Interview/Personality Test.

In case a candidate does not receive a communication in this regard from the Commission by July 9, he/she should immediately contact UPSC on Telephone No.011-23387402, giving his/her particulars (full name, roll number, date of birth, address etc.) The result is also available on the Commission's website: http://www.upsc.gov.in.
