Bartronics India floats subsi in Singapore

New Delhi, June 19 (UNI) Security solutions provider Bartronics India Ltd has floated a wholly-owned subsidiary Bartronics Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore with a share capital of 1,000 Singapore dollars.

Bartronics Asia Pte Ltd was incorporated on June 14, the company said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
