CPI(Maoist) sub-zonal commander nabbed

Latehar, Jun 17 (UNI) CPI(Maoist) sub-zonal commander and three other associates have been nabbed in a joint operation by the Central Reserve Police and the district police in the district.

Suprintendent of Police Ravi Kant Dhan here today said that acting on a tip-off security forces caught the ultras from Manika police station area of the district yesterday.

Mr Dhan said the ultras identified as Diwakar, Bhagan Singh and Satyendra Yadav were wanted in about 10 cases and another one member of ultra's children squad was identifiued as Bimal Singh, a class three student.

Police recovered a double barrel gun, few live catridges, naxal literature, Rs 2,770 in cash and two motorcycles from them.
