Teradata plans second global consulting centre in Pune
Mumbai, June 16 (UNI) Teradata, the global leader in enterprise data warehousing and a division of NCR Corporation, today announced plans to open its second Global Consulting Centre (GCC) at Pune.
The proposed centre will be a critical component of the planned growth of its Global Professional Services Consultancy, the company said in a release here.
The company has selected Pune, which is also known as a knowledge city of the state, and its solid information technology infrastructure, its state-of-the-art facilities and its high-quality engineering schools with some 20,000 graduates each year, the release said.
The new centre like the one it had in Mumbai, will serve customers throughout the Americas and parts of the Asia-Pacific region. The centres in India compliment other consulting centres opened in the past few years in China, the company stated.
