Rain brings pleasant temperature in Bihar

Patna, Jun 16(UNI) A smart shower in the morning followed by intermittent drizzle has cooled the overall temperature further in the capital city of Bihar and its surrounding areas today.

Though the local Met office recorded the day's maximum temperature at 34 degrees celsius,because of an overcast sky there was no sultry feeling.

The weathermen have predicted more drizzle and occasional thunder showers in South-Central Bihar including Patna during the night which might again bring down the temperature and prevent the return of heat wave further.

Meanwhile,the Northern districts in Bihar experienced about 29.3 mm rain this morning, the Met office sources informed.
