L'Amicale Club to construct Villas on East Coast Road

Chennai, Jun 16 (UNI) The L'Amicale Club and Resorts Private Limited is the latest firm to tap the growing real estate sector on the East Coast Road.

With a clientele of well over 1,500 as members, the Club is venturing into constructing villas and luxury apartments along the sprawling eoad near Marakkanam, closer to the beach.

At a media briefing here, its Managing Director K S Ramalingam, said the growth of the club at Ramapuram in a span of seven years augured well for the future projects in Kancheepuram and Tiruvannamalai.

Mr Ramalingam reflected on the time when Homefinders diversified into hospitality industry. 'The vilas, apartments and the Palm Coast with all its landscapes, gardens, driveways and pathways are to be maintained by L' Amicale. There are different types to suit the budget. Every effort has been gone through to fulfil one's desire to own a beachside property with best amenities and at reasonable price. The project is scheduled to be completed by next year-end', he added.
