Punjab: Four booked for sodomising and filming

Hoshiarpur, Jun 16: Police has booked four people for allegedly sodomising a 15-year-old boy of village Bhatrana and making a movie of the incident with cell phone.

Mehtiana Police today booked Gopal, Sonu, Mani and Sukha, of Bhatrana, under sections 377, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

According to the police sources, Gopal met the boy at the village fair on June 3 and pursuaded him to accompany him. On the way, he telephoned Sonu and both took Amandeep near the village cremation ground where Mani and Sukha joined him.

The boy alleged that Gopal and Sonu allegedly sodomised him while Mani and Sukha prepared his obscene movie by using a mobile phone.

They also threatened him with dire consequences if he reported the matter to anyone.

Later, when his father, who is an employee of Civil Supplies Department, Phagwara, visited the house, Amandeep narrated the matter and got admitted latter to Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur and approached the police.
