Bishnoi's move shows his frustation: Hooda

Chandigarh, Jun 16 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said the recent announcement by Congress MP Kuldeep Bishnoi about formation of a new party was a reflection of his frustation.

''The proposed formation of a new party by Kuldeep Bishnoi only expresses his frustration,'' Mr Hooda said while talking to media persons at Jind.

He said the Congress was a disciplined party and the directives of the party high command would be followed in letter and spirit.

To a question, he denied that he planned to expand his cabinet in the near future.
