Bihar Neuro-surgeon deposes before court about his kidnapping

Patna, Jun 16 (UNI) Renowned neuro-surgeon Dr Ramesh Chandra today deposed before a local sessions court in connection with his kidnapping four years ago.

Deposing before the Additional District and sessions judge of Patna SPN Singh, Dr Chandra said he was kidnapped by four miscreants from Serpantine road in the city when he was returning home from his colleague Dr Ajay kumar's residence on May 17, 2003.

As the depositions remained inconclusive, the next date of hearing of the case was fixed on Monday.

Dr Chandra, who was kidnapped for ransom was rescued by Patna police after four days from Chirora village near here.
