Airtel launches Tibetan tunes

Shimla, Jun 16 (UNI) Airtel has launched exotic Tibetan hello tunes and ring tones for its customers across the country.

Airtel's Himachal head RVS Bhullar launched the ''Tibetan content on Airtel'' service in Shimla in the presence of Deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile Gyari Dolma.

He said there would be a wide range of Tibetan songs, including all-time favourites like Khu Sim ki Tsen Mo, Pho Mo Dra Nyam, Khatak Dum So among others on its service.

''The service consists of a total of 133 songs with Tibetan mantras, folk songs and remixes,'' he said.

Welcoming the Airtel's move, Ms Dolma said, Tibetans thank Airtel for this innovation, which would bring Tibetans one step closer to their rich culture.
