SGPC team leaves for Pak to discuss university proposal

Amritsar, Jun 15 (UNI) A four-member Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee team today left for Pakistan to participate in a meeting for the setting up of proposed university at Nankana Sahib to promote research on the teachings of Guru Nanak.

The team, headed by SGPC President Avtar Singh Makkar, will hold discussion with Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committe and Pak officals for two days in this connection.
